Snapshot 4.1.3

Good news for everyone who is waiting on a version of GTA: Underground and/or UG-MP which has better performance. Snapshot 4.1.3 is now available which should increase your frame rate by about 40.

• Fixed bw_kart model ID checks not being present
• Added an option to change the executable name in the UG-MP launcher
• Disabled ped shadows and stencil shadows. This will result in a ~20 fps increase.
• Drastically lowered the draw distance on VC/III/VCS/LCS weathers. This will result in a ~15 to 20 fps increase.
