Snapshot 4.1.7 is released!
Yesterday we released the 8th and final update for Snapshot 4. Unlike the other updates, this one is fully standalone and comes with an installer. You can read more about what's next for UG-MP here!

Snapshot 3.4 release date announced!
After many sleepless nights, countless debugging sessions we are very happy to announce that the final release date for the long awaited GTA: Underground Multiplayer and Snapshot 3.4 will be the 25th of December 2020!
Total overhaul of the weapon stats
GTA: Underground's latest update provides a complete overhaul of ALL of the weapons (400+) available in the mod and adds 25 addional melee and firearms - From WW2 relics like the MP40 and the Luger to modern wonders like the SCAR and the FMG9, This update will greately diversify and extend the player's arsenal of weapons available both in GTA: Underground and UG:MP.

The vehicle crusher in Portland is now functional
One of the most iconic Grand Theft Auto: III features is now available in GTA: Underground. It allows players to deliver vehicles to the vehicle crusher in exchange for an unique monetary reward, and will be available in Snapshot 3.4 in both singleplayer and multiplayer.
The return of storyline mode in Snapshot 3.4
Most versions of GTA: Underground, excluding Snapshot 2.1 and its patches, do not allow the player to play the GTA: San Andreas storyline. We will re-introduce the ability to do this as of Snapshot 3.4 in the form of an optional modification which has to be installed separately.
Underground Multiplayer - The GTA: III BETA multiplayer levels
Rockstar Games initially planned to include multiplayer in GTA: III. They made a handful of special levels which you could play on with others, however the multiplayer feature was cut from the game. The unfinished levels though can be found in the mobile port of the game. We've managed to port these maps and we are finishing these maps in a way which will allow server developers to use them in Underground Multiplayer.
Underground Multiplayer - Latest updates
We made massive progress on Underground Multiplayer (UG-MP) last year and will continue to do so this year. We are now very close to finishing the client for the initial release. This article will go over the most notable changes from the last few months.
