This update comes with some pretty significant changes to the UG-MP launcher to ensure people can still play UG-MP with or without the website being available.

• Downscaled the license plate textures in UG-MP – this was previously done only on singleplayer, but this change wasn’t made in the multiplayer files. This oversight was thus corrected.
• The UG-MP launcher no longer requires you to have an account on the GTA: Underground website.
• The UG-MP launcher now has a caching layer – if the cache is still up-to-date, the launcher will use the cache instead. This will result in better performance.
• Implemented a timeout for requests in the UG-MP launcher
• Fixed a crash in the UG-MP launcher should it fail to establish a connection with the GTA: UG website
• Removed the login requirement in the UG-MP launcher - you no longer need an account on the GTA: Underground website in order to play
