Snapshot 2.1 patch 1

The first patch for Snapshot 2.1. Requires Snapshot 2.1 to work.

• Fixed gang turfs not showing up in Sandbox Mode because the initial thread was still running, disabling the turfs
• Fixed the legend map crash with a simple workaround
