What is ped DL?

This page covers ped DL and what functionality it serves in UG:MP and San Andreas in general. Ped DL, as the name suggests allows server developers to add custom peds (or skins, depending how you wish to call them) to their server. Players will automatically download the skins for your server while connecting. Ped DL is also available on SA-MP DL, however on UG-MP it is much more powerful and isn't limiting you in what you can or can't customize.
