IPL:auzo
The IPL:inst section is used to define zones in which a specific audio track plays once entered.
You can read in detail about how it works here.
The above page lists a number of tracks that can be used in an audio zone. GTA: Underground adds some additional ones (some are pretty heavily compressed to make them fit in the audio files), namely:
