Wrong vehicle colors and 2 new vehicle petitions

Liberty City and Vice City Barracks have dark red color, they must have dark green color and could you add civilian version of LC taxi/police car (maybe named as Premier) and a civilian version of cabbies (could be named as Grand Hermes)? thanks in advance, good work :D

Civilian VC Police/Taxi is added as Stanier (iirc) and the civilian cabbie.. Doesn't seem to be planned, but it may be done.
