The game crashes when the player dies in LC or VC

Description

This bug appeared in patch 6!! In patch No. 5 this bug was not!! I tested on Windows 7 x32 and x64 the game consistently crashes. Here is another video, where the game is crashing. I also tested this bug in VC, the result is sad - the game is crashing

I have the same problem but not only LC/VC The Whole SA State (CC;BULLWORTH;ML;ATLANTIS....)
