Game crashes beacuse it can't find atowerfse.ide

Recently,i decided to install Grand Theft Auto Underground and everything went well,the setup completed,i installed what i needed but when i launched the game and started a new game it just loads a bit and crashes beacuse of atowerfse.ide not being there .If needed i have the steam version and installed the holdumn crack(i think it was holdumn correct me if not)Yes i did install a mod but only one mod and i think it shouldn't crash it(its a spiderman mod).No minidump created so no attachments
