Game crashing after destroying any boat with Predator

Description

When I tried to destroy a boat using machine gun from Police Predator (boat) game just crashed.

Steps to reproduce

1) Enter Police Predator.
2) Destroy any boat.
3) Game crashes.

Update to 4.2 and see if the issue persists.

I was not able to reproduce the issue with any predator on 4.2.
