Missing geometry near Luigi's club in Portland.

Near Luigi's club, in the Red Lights District,  if you fly over the near buildings you can see that some geometry is missing behind those buildings. That gap isn't solid and leads you to the blue hell of the map.
Go to Luigi's club in Portland, then either with a jetpack or a vehicle fly to the location shown in the screenshot, and you'll see that the geometry is missing there.

Replicated on 4.2, also the visible ground is not solid. Adding a pic. Moving to verified.
