Description

Sometimes peds spawn on the top of the scaffolding in the Reds Lights District in LC, near Claude's safehouse. Then, they walk straight and fall into the sidewalk.

Steps to reproduce

Go to the location I marked on the map in the screenshot below and after a while you will see peds spawning on the top of that scaffolding.
