Something causes the game to spawn infinite amounts of the Kuruma and Bobcat parked in front of the dealer, causing high amounts of lag even on high-end computers. It can also despawn the crane's magnet in the scrapyard.
Go to the dealer in Hepburn Heights/Saint Mark's
