liberty city crash

when i go to liberty city it's crash very early. i think it doesn't crash at vice city or another.
1- go to liberty city by hunter.
2- a little tour of the city
3- it's crash
4- it doesn't crash at vice city or another city

You are describing a random crash without a minidump. Can you attach one?
