SA Radio Stations Only Playing Commercials and No Music

(I had previously deleted a post that was the same. I had thought I resolved my issue but it had returned.) Some SA radio stations will only play commercials and no music for me. It was working after first installing and playing. The  only SA stations  that seem to work are SF-UR and K-Rose. All other SA stations only play commercials and then go silent or play another commercial. This occurs in both single-player and multi-player. I am wondering if I am missing files or if this is a bug? I had used the 4.1.7 installer and included crack for the Steam downgraded version. 
Load UG or UGMP and scroll to an SA station except SF-UR or K-Rose. Let station play.

Hi there. First of this is not a known bug and I am hearing this for the first time. Second of the 4.1.7 installer has a built-in downgrader which you have to use if you are on a steam version. You don't have to include the cracked sa.exe anymore as the downgrader will do everything for you. Afaik there is a bug which doesn't recognize gta-sa.exe (the crack .exe is called gta_sa.exe). You have to rename your steam .exe (gta.sa.exe) to gta_sa.exe and then let the installer do the job for you

I had re-installed using only the installer on a clean copy of SA from Steam. I still do not have any music for SA stations.

I had found that the radio files are present but still do not play.

It is an installation issue. You most likely have not installed the audio files.
