FPS drops in Vice City

I have a fairly high-end PC. Most of the mod runs very well for me (between 40-80FPS). However on Prawn Island and the North West part of Little Havana I experience severe FPS drops (as low as 10-15FPS). I'm running the game at 1080p with 8x AA and have disabled mip mapping.

I wasn't able to replicate the fps drops, what GPU do you have? Did you try reinstalling the game?

Please update the game to 4.2 and check if there is still the problem.
