After completing the 8-track race at the stadium in Los Santos East Beach, Monster and Hotring Racer do not appear in the parking lot.
Go to the stadium at East Beach in Los Santos and complete the 8-track run

Hi there, I completed the 8-track with story mode but both the monster truck and the hotring racer spawned at the end. Did you experience this problem on sandbox or storymode?
