I know this bug was reported before but I would like to add more details.
- it occurs with createobject as well as createplayerobject (or streamer dynamic objs)
- didn't happen before 4.1.7
- it occurs only with using samp custom objects and ugmp objects. Gta:sa objects do not lose collision
- I can't reproduce it but it happens after I create and destroy objects multiple times.
- it doesn't seem to be related to the position of the objects. It occurs inside and outside gta sa boundaries
