After mission/call savegame prompt game teleports player to the sky in SP mod

Snapshot 4.1.7, Snapshot 4.1.6
After save prompt, script tries teleport player from exterior world to unloaded inerior world, i.e. Johnsons house. This is the most annoying bug and the solution for hotfix seems so simple - remove the automatic after mission save prompt, and maybe allow player open prompt manually at any time.

 I'm using Steam version + Various GTA Downgraders v1.0 + Hoodlum + ss 4 + ss 4.1.6
There's my savegame with this bug. All you need is exit CJ house, answer phone and deny call. Save window will appear and you'll be teleported to the sky.

SS 4.1.7, still not fixed. This time I checked my attached save with clean Steam version + SS 4.1.7 and with it's built-in downgrader.

I cannot help you but i would like to ask modder why when cj go to save game marker cj stuck for 2-3 second and then appear save window.In original game, when cj go to save game the save window appear immediately,not stuck 2-3 second.I think this is why cj will teleport to sky bug appear.
