Wrong Texture on VC Building

This Building in Little Haiti has the wrong texture, that one of a "car park" Ill also put a picture of how this building should look (fixed in a post from the VCLF Topic, page 89)

It's an original Vice City thing. Not sure if we should label it as bug as perhaps they intended to make it a car park but never finished it. It is debatable however if we will "fix" this thing or not.
