storyline mode last mission bug

Before playing last mission of storyline ,you must taken over more territories and get above 35 percent territories TO UNLOCK LAST MISSION..But in gta underground have add more other gang like biker,diaz and more.So the percentage of territories is hard to higher.Even that you have taken many territories around los santos,even Grove street is the first highest gang , the percentage are still low, so very hard to play last mission.plaese fix this.The original gta san andreas do not have this problem.

Play until the last mission appear and taken over territories as more as you can.you will see that is hard to unlock the last mission.
