Story line Mode Airport bug!!!!

So the way this bug works is just go to any airport in SA to buy a ticket to Liberty or Vice city you can't I was even pressing Q and E and even using the mouse wheel the only time when the you can buy a ticket with no problems is when your not playing story mode and you just playing sandbox with everything unlocked and yes im near to beating the game.

Just go to any airport and press the buttons where you change the City you want travel to also when you use the other City airport AKA Liberty and Vice it's bugged
