i can't join due to some weird problem

Description

i have this problem saying "error while opening cheat.dat etc.."
im facing this problem for 2 hours now i can't find this file anywhere
now even story mod not working

i dont know what should i type here

You didn't install the mod correctly. Install Snapshot 4 first and then Snapshot 4.1.6.

i think i downloaded Snapshot 2.2 2.3go i think that was the problem
