UPD: With different stations same problem, when switch station on Radio Los Santos and started playing music, my fps fell under 30, but when playing ads in station i dont have this problem and very long time playing in-game ads

I already deleted everything, but it didn't help

Then I don't know. There is no reason for the game to lag just because of the user tracks radio. If anything - it would most likely be a stock SA issue.

Try running the default game and see if you run into this issue. Otherwise, try running the game itself without the audio/radio files. The only time I have ever had issues with audio causing FPS issues was improper installation. A proper reinstall corrected this issue (not via Steam or R* Launcher.).

I have fixed this problem, i downloaded different version from other site and this problem disappeared

Reinstallation solved the issue, closing.
