Pay n Spray Bug in All over San Andreas City

when i go to all pay n spray in all san andreas city, the color doesn't change and still with the previous color but in other city like LC and VC its working like normal pay n spray.
go to all pay n spray in all san andreas city only
try again and again 
and color doesn't change

Certain vehicles don't have more than one colour set.

It also happens with vehicles with more colors, the color doesn't change.
