Strange behavior in LC and VC Pay 'n' Spray

Snapshot 4.1.4
When entering in Pay 'n' Spray with a police car/bike a message usually appears as in screenshot. But for some reason in VC and LC's Pay 'n' Spray this message seems to appears multiple times making the same sound.
Note: the vehicle has to steady and not moving while in.
Enter with a police car/bike in a Pay 'n' Spray in LC or VC
