Radio stops working

The radio in Underground works just fine until I buy a property, After which the radio just stops tuning in and I even can't cycle through radio stations in the audio menu and when I try to buy another property the game freezes! pls fix this thanks

1. Buy a property
2. Get in a car, listen to the radio, and notice the radio doesn't tune in at all
3. Buy another property and see the game freeze

Note: Win + Tab to move the game to another desktop so you can use the Task Manager (CTRL + SHIFT + ESC) to close the game
