LSPD officers spawn instead of VC/LC police peds when loading a savegame.
Resolved
If you save and then load in Vice City, VCPD police peds get replaced by LSPD ones. Same thing if you save and then load in Liberty.

Though, when you get wanted level, the game spawns back VCPD/LCPD officers.
- Save in Vice City/Liberty City.
- Load the savegame.
- In the streets you can see LSPD instead of the city police officer.
