The file present (ug\ZON\info.zon) has a missing , (COMMA) at line number 736 after CCSTKY.

It is

### StockyardCCSTKY 0, 5017.5, 5541.06, -89.0, 5552.0, 5702.78, 500.0, 1, CCSTKY

And should be

### StockyardCCSTKY, 0, 5017.5, 5541.06, -89.0, 5552.0, 5702.78, 500.0, 1, CCSTKY

Commas are actually ignored, so this is not a big deal. I added a comma on the line you mentioned regardless for the sake of consistency.
