Description

Hi, i have found two bugs in Portland in the Triads factory. First one if u kill gang members there, gang war will not start. Second thing is if u go through the entrance and drive arround to factory, another set of peds will spawn.

Steps to reproduce

1. Try to start gang war in Fish Factory. 2. Go through the entrance and drive multiple times arround the factory.

The gang turfs are going to be reworked soon as a lot of them cannot be taken over. Moving this to Verified.
