Unsolid 3d tree in Liberty City

Not about the gta 3's default tree, some trees that look like the GTA SA model in the Liberty City are only solid at the bottom, while the middle and top of the trees are not solid. This also happened in other places such as Portland, Liberty City stadium, and others.
1. spawn a jetpack2. find some 3d tree
3. hit the jetpack to the middle of tree
