Flickering models when Project 2dfx is installed

Remember the bug in the previous version of the mod, when you go to underwater and it's invisible. It's still there. I can't play Amphibious Assault like that. 
Just show underwater entirely.

That screenshot seems to be the same one you included on your old bug report.

It appears that your bug is caused by something other than occluders. Do you have Project 2dfx installed?
