The LC brigde bell sound can be heard anywhere on the map
Verified
The Liberty City bridge (to Shoreside vale) is moving up and down about every 5 minutes. The noise it makes should be heard only if you are close to the bridge, but I can hear it even when I'm in e. g. San Andreas or Vice City.
Open UG and play for 10-20 minutes. You'll hear a loud bell sound about every 5 minutes.
