UG-MP cars are giving clients guns and armour

Some UG-MP cars like enforcers, golf carts, police cars are giving clients guns and armour, which are not synced in the server causing anticheat to trigger.
Spawn an enforcer like modelid: 25391 or 25392, it gives you armour when you enter it, and it's not synced, triggering false anticheat warnings and bans.

This is not a bug, as this is a singleplayer feature. We're likely going to disable this in a future UG-MP update, so I'm moving it to Verified.
