Loading in Ocean Beach safehouse(the one closer to ammunation) triggers save loop

This bug is escapable, as you can just back out and keep loading into the game hoping it will spawn you a little further into the apartment.
Save at Ocean Beach savepoint after you purchase the property. If that alone doesn't trigger the loop then loading back into that save might. This happens to me about 80% of the time.
