"On mission" transition leads to be teleported to CJ's house interior.

Whilst using the story mode, just normally playing the game, sometimes for no apparent reason when finishing a mission, you will be teleported high up in the sky to an interior, whilst still being in the outside world not the interior world, and you'll fall to your death.

Just play the game normally, go through the missions, and it'll eventually happen. Also can happen on Firetruck (Haven't tested any other ones)
