VCPD Wintergreen plays San Andreas radio while being in Vice City. (Even though it shouldn't play the radio at all.)

Description

Title says pretty much everything, just hop into a VCPD Wintergreen, move the scroll wheel and you can hear SA radio, though no text or sound plays when changing station.

Steps to reproduce

- Get on a Wintergreen.
- Move the scroll wheel.
