Problem with loading underground save game after storyline first mission

i have a problem with storyline after saving game when i finished first mission i have exit the game but when i tried to load save game with the name big smoke game crashed
Game crash after loading save game after done first mission from the storyline.

Hello there again. Do you have Project2DFX installed? If so then set the line "LoadAllBinaryIPLs" in the SALodLights.ini to 0.
