An error message pops out once you reach the internet cafe in Shaunton Island in Liberty City, it minimizes your game but once you close the error window you can continue playing on the server normally.

Verified: A few more players reported this issue and I (RzDat) confirmed it.
-Go to Liberty City
-Go the internet Cafe near Belleville Park
-Stay in the area for a few seconds until the game freezes
-Minimize the game and the error pops out
