Nothing Happens

Snapshot 4
Hi. So I downloaded UGMP snapshot 4 about 1 hour ago, did as been told in instructions (put snapshot files into fresh gta sa folder) and then started laucher, registered and everything ran smoothly. As soon as I try to connect to server, limitadjuster pops out, i press continue and nothing happens. I tried reinstalling, restarting PC, but nothing helped. I suppose no screenshot is required.
-open ugmp
-login
-press start
-wait till next messiah appears
