Leeds Pipeline Brightness Bug

Description

I was flying from Vice City to San Fierro and this bug ocurred while I was flying in Los Santos

Steps to reproduce

set Leeds vehicle pipeline, pass through some clouds to see if that happens, do it at 00:00 Hs (I think it occur at that hour, but I'm not sure if the hour causes something)

There is no issue visible here. Please be concrete about what is supposed to be wrong here.
