Everything is blue, GTA Smurf.

Description

The world and HUD have suddenly become blue, and I'm not sure what caused it.
It happened after a crash, and I saved in Liberty City.

Steps to reproduce

Save in Liberty City?

Do you have any mods installed? Specifically, something like ENB/ReShade? These may play a role in your issue.

Hi sorry for the delay, i fixed this issue, i ran the game in compatiability mode, and no I had no shaders or other mods installed.
