UG XM1014's weapon.dat setting badly made.

Basically when getting the UG XM1014 from the weapon spawner, the weapon's settings are the same than a colt's, shot with one hand like a pistol, has 17 rounds in its magazine, and has the same sound as the GTA:SA's colt.
Go into weapons.dat and set a more appropiate setting to this weapon.

It should be fixed in Snapshot 3.4.
