Wang Car Property's missions can't be activated.

Description

After buying Wang Cars in San Fierro, a marker usually appears (in San Andreas, not UG) that leads to 4 missions related to the property. However this marker also appears on GTA:UG but when walking into it, no mission activates however.

Steps to reproduce

Delete the marker or activate said missions.
