Stepping on railing of Shoreside Vale bridge causes glitch leading to "Wasted"

When jumping/stepping on (a) particular section(s) of the railing of the bridge between Cedar Grove and Pike Creek in Shoreside Vale, Liberty City, a glitch is caused that wastes the player's character.
Walking towards the Pike Creed side, jump/step on the third "section" (separated by the fence posts) of the right hand railing.

Hello

It seems that your bug is a stock SA bug where you die if you climb on or over certain edges (in this case the seperating fence gives you an instant death every time). We might make the rails a bit higher soon but other than that we don't fix stock SA bugs so thus I am putting it in the "Closed" tab for now.
