Extended Gang Wars virus alarm and resulting crash

When extracting ExGangWars.asi, Webroot Secure Anywhere tells me ExGangWars.asi has malware and deletes it. Then when I load the game without ExGangWars.asi, it crashes right at the loading screen.

Must have Webroot Secure Anywhere installed. Extract ExGangWars.asi from the 2.2 .rar file and Webroot will tell you ExGangWars.asi includes malware and will delete it. Then start the game, click New Game, then it will crash right there.
