I have set this next issue as the above on the strength the storymode may make a return and this is necessary to progress in storymode.

While playing the game using cleo mode to play missions I keep getting respect updates but it only ever says I can run a two man gang but when I try to recruit anyone I can't, there are missions in the game where you have to recruit some homies and so IF storymode does come back, this issue will need fixing pretty soon imo. :)

Install All Mission Access mod play some missions until you get a respect update and then try to recruit some homies.
