LC gangs hitboxes/not taking damage from a bullets within a certain range

Hitboxes for LC gangs need a bit of refining, sometimes when I shoot directly at them the bullets look like they're hitting a wall and the gangs don't take damage, and I have to go fairly close to them for them to take damage. It seems that the head area is the least likely to take damage from a certain range too.

Shoot LC gangs from a fair distance with rifle/machine gun, aim the heads particularly and you can see the bullets look like they're hitting a wall.
