Missing rooftops Vice City skyscrappers

See picture. Skycrappers have missing rooftops. Same for the LOD of the bridge of the most southern bridge in Vice City. It has a part missing.

Also, a seabed is empty, just a hole close to that bridge. A little more south. You can see it with an airplane. It's between the two islands.
