Almost forgot to cover some of the normal replies. Yes it was a fresh install of S/A 3 times. once with the old 2.1 and patch and then twice with 2.2. Yes I did compatibility mode. Yes I attempted to run as Admin. This is not a steam version. It is actually a Russian version purchased "back in the day" specifically to not have the Hot Coffee taken out. I can wipe the game completely and then reinstall clean. Normal version plays. Do the 2.2 add and it only makes it through the new game loading screen.
